The mission of the GTFWC is friendship, scholarship, and service. We hope that you will enjoy discovering the programs, community service projects and interest groups we offer. Membership is open to all who want to join us in supporting the Georgia Tech community.
In addition to the scheduled events listed in the directory, we will announce fun pop-up events on our Facebook page. There is so much to do in Atlanta, and it’s always more fun with friends. To keep up to date on all our activities and club news, please become a member of our private Facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/
Please consider making a donation to our scholarship fund. Last year your contributions allowed us to award five scholarships totaling $10,000 to students who have a parent employed at a Georgia Tech. This year we hope to increase the amount of scholarships we award.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our events this academic year.

Hi and here are the details for our November Lunch Bunch. We will meet at the usual time of 11:30am, on Monday November 11, 2013 at: Rumi’s Kitchen, Persian Food.. 6112 Roswell Rd Ne, Atlanta , Sandy Springs.

We’ve eaten here a few years ago and everyone liked it a lot. Several people have asked to ret
urn there and apparently they have moved to a new space.
I will not be there as I will be traveling back from San Francisco that day. I have asked Ann Donaldson to take the reservations and she will be there to greet you. I know you’ll have a good time.
Be sure to rsvp to her as soon as you know whether you can attend, as we must call in the exact number the Friday before, which is Nov. 8th.
Our HOLIDAY Lunch Bunch is all set up too and I will apprise you of where we’re going next month.
Happy eating, happy day, and maybe one of you wants to perform a belly dance in between courses!
